THE UPDATES:
1. MARRIAGE! He really did it!Mitchell and Christine officially tied the knot. We celebrated with a beautiful wedding in Waco, Texas in May followed by a June reception in Barron, Wisconsin. Everything went off without a hitch... except them getting hitched. || And because we know you're really here for the photos, check out handsome Mitchell and his smokin' hot wife, Christine, below.
2. BIRTHDAYS: July is our birthday month! π₯³πThis month we're celebrating seven years of The Facility (which, by birthday logic, officially makes us 7 years old!). Plus: Kate's daughter Lucy Blue turns THREE on July 10, Kate turns 29 on July 22, and Mitchell turns 38 on July 25 || ...which one is the lie?...
3. FACILITATED, The Podcast ποΈ: A strikethrough feels a bit dramatic, but if we're being honest the podcast has taken a back seat. Between wedding celebrations, travel, a corporate wellness project, and a few behind-the-scenes advisory roles, something had to give. For now, we'd rather spend those hours with patients than force episodes onto the calendar. || We'll be back on the mic when the timing is right.
4. Direct Order Labs: Yep, another strikethrough. This has been one of those "lows" of 2026 that we just have to live with. A major backend update from our lab partner created ongoing technical issues that have taken most of our self-order lab options offline. We're disappointed (and frustrated), but it's out of our hands for now. || Back to the "old-fashioned" way. If you're interested in ordering labs, just send us an email and we'll help you get everything set up.
5. YOGA SUMMIT - September 11-13, 2026: Calling all yogis! π§ Mitchell will be a keynote speaker at the first annual Denver Yoga Summit at Chatfield Farms.
